The Somani family has been involved in the field of education for over 3 decades. In July 2006 B.D. Somani International School was launched. About At that time, BDSINT became the first school in South Mumbai to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Following the successful implementation the IBDP at BDSINT, in July 2008 the school introduced the IGCSE programme and the primary school.
