The process has 28 divisions. They work for outsource clients like BT, Uniliver, Accenture(other region)..
It is not a non voice process. Its is a domain related process, were you need to work on one of the HR related department and speak to the employees on the same.
> Must be a Graduate.
> Must have excellent communication skills.
