Complete in-charge of accounts, timely finalization of annual accounts
Coordination with statutory and internal auditors
Statutory compliances under Companies Act, Direct and Indirect Taxes
Tax planning for direct and indirect taxes, pay advance taxes, handle assessments and work with consultants
Create business plans/ budgets in discussion with business heads/ CEO
Create monthly MIS for key financial parameters/ processes
Generate monthly financial progress against business plan/ budget
Risk Management: Insurances, currency and interest rate risks, ensure internal controls
Look after documentations/ contracts for any financial transactions taking place
Manage existing ERP/ Roll out new ERP
