Knowledge in land dealing matters, must know everything about land paper litigation etc Receive all Notices from the Court / Customer / Client and make entry in the register and then initiate process of collecting necessary data / feedback from the concerned division for preparing reply to the Notice. Monitor the pending cases with the Advocate / his office so that replies and Affidavit and other related steps are taken within limited period prescribed under the law. Handling of registry of deeds and all related jobs.:
