Individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining Global Trade Finance / Exposure Management system under GWBT line of business.
Responsibilities:
Participate in discussions with different stake holders (Business Ops, technical teams and business analysts) and communicate the details to stakeholders to satisfy business requirements.
System Analysis – Ability to read & comprehend business and functional requirements to develop detailed design document
Provide Java/ Oracle based implementation solution, configuration setups during project build rollouts to different environments.
Conduct coding, unit testing & component integration testing
Daily responsibilities will include investigate/ analyse, design, test, debug and provide technical solutions on BAU related issues and projects. Also, provide BAU support for issues encountered in daily processing and questions from the business about the system’s outputs.
Follow design & coding standards, provide support during testing phase.
Identifying project risks, determining impacts and probability assessments. Implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Escalating risks and exposures to management.
Look for efficiency improvement in & productivity savings Drive & live by the culture of innovation resulting in highly efficient team and improving operational efficiency
Requirements
Required Skills:
3 to 4 years of core Java , spring & hibernate development
University Degree
Experience inWeblogic / Tomcat and IDEs like Eclipse / RAD / Bladelogic
Database programming using SQL on Oracle 10g or plus
Build tools like ANT / MAVEN, Scheduling tool Autosys, Experience with source control tools like ClearCase / Perforce and defect tool like HP Quality Centre
Implementing code quality tools like Checkstyle, PMD
Unit Testing Framework like Junit
Working knowledge of SDLC processes and banking & financial domain
Engineering graduate from reputed universities
Desired Skills:
Sun Certification (SCJP, SCJD)
VB/Macros Excel understanding / hands on prior experience
Any prior experience in Informatica or MicroStrategy technology will be a plus
Knowledge on Misys TI+ system & development / implementation
Experience on Linux environment
