Duties and Responsibilities
- Create sales order according to quotation from market manager ( NS Project) or PO from customer( Regular repeat product).
- Raise Sales Invoice and timely submit all original Invoice with supporting as required by customer for easy payment process.
- Manage project closely to execute order successfully to meet customers requirement.
- Enter and update forecast order in PBS according to the forecast provided by market manager.
- Enter and update BOP orders in PBS according to S&OP team decision.
- Send payment request document ( Ecoin ,Invoice. etc) to customer in time and follow up payment collection from customer.
- Handle customer complaints favorably; makes recommendations and plans on how to resolve identified customer service issues.
- Keep close coordination with internal departments (External Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, etc..) to facilitate customer order on-time delivery;
- Communicate with external customer for order and delivery inquiry.
