Configuring the RSA Archer platform and create instances based on technical requirements using standard designs. Working with functional resources to understand requirements and ensure clean data is inputted within the Archer master database/Writing and managing interfaces between the Archer database and other data sources. Windows Administration, Troubleshooting windows issues( e.g. disk space, CPU utilization & service start/stop) Ensure all database servers are backed up, fine tune & troubleshoot in a way that meets the requirement for RSA Archer( Resource to be trained on RSA Archer by Cyber Risk Team). When performance issues arise, determine the most effective way to increase performance including hardware purchases, server configuration changes, or index/query changes. Experience on basic application related issues( Restart service, Analyze log, Create new instance for user). Request Management- Create, Delete instances Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex problems impacting Infrastructure.:
