Roles and Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end employee life cycle management including Hire and on boarding, Employee Data Changes, Separations.
Will be working closely with the Global team members for process alignment and driving the SBU initiatives.
Will also be responsible for B School Hiring Program, Long Service Award , Employee Engagement and handling promotions for senior management.
Should have experience of handling employee issues , be able to drive the HR & Leadership Connects , Work closely with the business leader to drive the business agenda.
Should have Praoctive approach, be able to influence and network and presentable.
Understand and expertise on the Business rules for the existing and new HR practices and processes
