– Strategic HR partnership to the Business on People Strategy, Organization Design, Talent
planning, Engagement & Development of Talent to support business growth
– Incumbent will be the HR BP Lead for the SBU
– Work on various aspects of HR like Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent
Management & Development etc.
– Will have 2 people reporting into this role
– Will have to also manage senior management in the SBU from an HR BP perspective
Requirements:
– MBA (HR)
– 8-10 yrs of experience as an HR business partner in the Pharma/ FMCG/ Consumer Goods
organisations, preferably from an MNC organisation
– Should have strong HRBP experience and should have handled various areas of HR including
Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management & Development etc.
– Should have also handled senior management in an SBU from an HR BP perspective.
