Searching for suitable candidate profiles from various sources like job portals/social media networks/referrals and matching them with the specifications from the client.

Taking preliminary telephonic round interview for suitable candidates in line with the criteria and specifications from client and based on general recruitment criteria.

Pre & post interview follow-ups.

Candidate engagement.

Generating revenue by achieving the assigned targets.

Maintaining trackers & database as per the company norms.
