• Drafting, vetting and redlining of legal documents including Media Services Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Leave and Licence Agreement, Inter Company Agreements etc.

• Liasoning with external lawyers and updating the Agencies time to time.

• Routine day to day works relating to Legal notices/ replies sending etc.

• Conducting and undertaking due diligence activities pertaining to contracts.
