Designation: Sr. HR Executive/ Team Leader

Requirement: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a recruitment firm.

Job Description:

 Good People management with both client Management and Team Management.

 Handling End to End Recruitment Process(IT & Non-IT)

 Proactively communicating status & progress of open positions

 Understanding the mandate and client requirement, & seeking clarity on the position description.

 Sourcing resumes from Job portals, Company website, Social Medias, Employee referrals as per the Job description given by the client.

 Screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria like Skills, Qualifications and relevant Experience.

 Performing evaluation of the candidate through phone.

 Scheduling & coordinating for Interview with the client HR team.

 Following up with candidates and clients before and after interview process.
