About the Position


We are looking for talented business development executives to join our fast growing team at Bangalore. The candidate should be aggressive as well as creative in his marketing and sales approach in acquiring new clients and increasing business. The Business Development Executive’s role will require superb sales, new business and account management capabilities. The person is required to build a formidable relationship with acquired clients. Effective relationship management with existing clients is as important as getting new business.


Job Description:


• Responsible for the on-going identification, development, and assessment of target/prospect accounts in multiple geographies and generating qualified leads / meetings and build a database for the same.


• Conducting research, presenting and using the findings effectively.


• Cold calling top potential brands to develop effective relationships with the view to closing the target number of contracts.


• Investigate requirements to pre-qualify prospects for the new business.


• Make large account negotiation pitches and wins in various sectors


• Follow up with clients / prospects.


• Preparing bid for the RFP’s and RFI’s


• Managing large key accounts and ensuring participation in negotiation pitches, and meetings to close tie ups with key decision makers of brands across various sectors.


• Working closely with the operations team to ensure the new requirement received from the prospectivenew client is closed successfully.


• Structure daily workflow according to relevant briefings and targets and maintain accurate and up to date records


Skills required:


• Any graduation ( MBA in Marketing, HR or International Business will be an add-on)


• 1 year experience in a similar agency or from a marketing background


• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and evangelizing skills with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive results.


• Be a strong networker


• Be known for forging great relationships at senior level


• Presentable and confident


• Effective presenter, negotiator, collaborator – regardless of organizational structure or hierarchy.


• Be a high achiever who has a demonstrable track record in business development


• Basic technology understanding
