 Position Summary


 



Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Tire 1/Tire 2 instituteswith 1-3years experience.


To assist and effectively support brand management daily operations of the brands products to ensure continuing contribution to business volume, share, profit and return on assets objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for managing operations, networks and 3P vendors to ensure flawless and timely execution of various marketing activities.


Accountabilities


1. Developing Brand building/marketing plans  Concept, Packaging, Product, Communication


2.Consumer & customer understanding to identify business opportunities and recommend plans to achieve it.


3.On time delivery of assigned marketing projects with alignment from all internal stakeholders and agency partners


4.Regular Competition Tracking for communication, trade, pricing related elements to influence brands ongoing marketing decisions


5.Manage multi-functional project teams to ensure excellence in execution (project plan development, , execution, tracking and summarizing results/learning);


Major Challenges


1.Collaboration with internal departments: Marketing, Trade, Finance, Logistics, Supply Planning to lead business projects , Brand Development, trade, Logistics and Supply Chain team.


2.Manage and coordinate with several 3Ps for executing marketing activities –  ensuring quality & speed to execution on time


3.Collaborate with  advertising agency to ensure all marketing activities TVC, print ad, packaging development, PR/Event, Game Show) meet marketing objective and timing.


4.Lead business analysis and project financials to close marketing business plans


 


 


Qualifications & Experience


Degree in Business Management in Marketing from Tire 1/Tire 2 institutes with 1-3years experience .


The position requires appreciation and understanding of Marketing, business management and the inter-relationship between these disciplines. 


Candidate should have good understanding of digital marketing and preferably some experience in handling projects in digital space.
