URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR BACKEND PROFILE IN TOP MOST US MNC IN GURGAON.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review selling agent onboarding, maintenance and decommission requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Log and track all requests for onboarding, maintenance, and decommission in Access DB; address exceptions with individuals or teams, depending on type of exception.
• Create accurate and complete Change Request (CR) in Salesforce system in a timely matter, ensuring established protocols are followed.
• Reconcile selling agent location onboarding, maintenance and decommission requests, post entry to respective systems, to ensure completeness and accuracy; reject and rework exceptions.
• Perform seller data integrity. Identify data inconsistencies by reviewing the seller information in the systems for: client name consistency, spelling, address and directional abbreviation, punctuation, and letter capitalization
SALARY : 20K TO 35K + OTHER FACILITIES
SHIFT TIMING : 4pm to 1am(fixed)
