Job Description:
– Keeping Up to date data of the employees
– To ensure timely recruitment of required level / quality in order to meet business needs
– Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard.
– Conducting joining formalities including documentation processes like opening corporate salary accounts, filling ESI forms, PF forms etc.
– Handling Employee Database
– Payroll administration
– Leaves and Attendance Management
– Preparing weekly and monthly MIS
– Taking initiatives to engage the staff to their work. Planning events or activities as a part of employee engagement.
Requirements
Min 6 months experience in HR domain. Not more than a year.
Proficient in basic HR processes
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Recruitment experience will be an added advantage
BBA or MBA in HR
Availability – Immediate
Salary – As per industry standards
