• AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- To introduce & acquire new current account customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment.
- To ensure sourcing of quality current accounts – in terms of product mix, segments and constitution mix, customer handholding and activation.
- To assist the Business Relationship Leader in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provide regular feedback on opportunities, customer needs and competition bench marking.
- To meet & exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisition month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customers
- To abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the organization, adherence to guidelines by internal & external regulators, sales process and KYC norms, ensure quality sourcing in line with the Banks policy
Compensation: 2,50,000/- p.a. Candidates can additionally earn incentives.
- Objective: To create job ready professionals for the role of Business Relationship Partner for Yes Bank. The selected candidates shall undergo a 1 month full time classroom-training at a designated center.
- Curriculum: Candidates will be trained using an exhaustive Retail Banking curriculum with specific focus on Banking& Finance, Banking Services & Operations, YES Bank Products, Soft skills viz. Communication, Sales Training, Customer Management. This rigorous classroom training is augmented through the use of real life case studies and role-plays, thus preparing the candidate to handle their job responsibilities effectively from the very first day of taking up the profile.
- Certification fees: The candidate will bear the training cost of Rs.30,000 plus service tax, payable to CIEL. Candidates will make their own arrangement for travel and stay, where required, and will bear the related costs. The fees, once paid, will not be refundable under any circumstances.
