1.EHS Audit Checklist.
oDevelop daily audit checklist for
each department.
oConduct audit as per the decided frequency, Maintain and monitor the action plan
and compliance on the audit points.
oDaily site inspection in order to observe physical conditions
of work and the work practices and procedures followed by workers and reporting to Site Manager and concerned
staff.
oIdentify any abnormalities / deviations in housekeeping, spills and EHS violations and report
to project manager.
2.Establish EHA processes and monitor for effectiveness
oWork Permit System.
oMock Drill / Evacuation Plan and maintain record for such drills.
oFirefighting equipment testing
and monitoring.
oDevelop and conduct EHS training program for all category of employees.
oConduct
Safety committee meetings and ensure compliance with all the points discussed.
oCoordinate and participate
in the investigation of accidents and near misses; Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents
and making corrective action recommendations.
oDaily Safety walk.
oOperation and maintenance of
ETP/STP.
oTesting and Maintenance of Lifts, Overhead Cranes, Wire ropes Etc.
oCompliances with
various requirements of customer audits.
oOrganize safety campaigns, competitions to motivate employees
towards safe work environment. Celebration of safety week by organizing different trainings and competitions.
3.Legal compliances.
o
Qualification:Degree/Diploma in Engineering and Advanced Diploma
in Industrial Safety is must.
Skills:
a)Excellent analytical and reporting skills

for making a detailed audit report with relevant preventive and corrective measures required.
c)Strong
communication, convincing skills.
d)Excellent training skills
e)Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,
5S, POKAYOKE & Kaizen, TPM SAFETY
f)Knowledge and experience of conducting safety audit & safety
inspection, risk assessment, accident investigation & reporting, safety meeting, creating safety
awareness through safety slogans, walk through & safety awards and compliances.
