Job Description
-Involved in end-to-end complete life cycle of the recruitment process such as candidate sourcing, qualifying skills, interviewing candidates, fixing interview-scheduling and closing.
– Understanding the client’s requirement, processing the requirement within a stipulated time frame, thus converting client’s requirements into revenues.
– Sourcing relevant profiles from job portals, job postings, walk-ins, database, mass mailing, employee referral etc.
– Screening & short-listing suitable profiles against the requirement before forwarding to clients.
– Initial screening of candidates over telephone to check their Communication Skills, Tech Skills , Soft Skills & Suitability for the position.
– Coordinating with candidates for interview schedule & Reference checks.
– Organizing interviews coordinating with the candidates for the interview process and taking the feedback.
– Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
– Collect feedback from the senior management.
