Designation – Finance Head

Compensation – 15 lakh – 17 Lakh 

Qualification – Preference CA, Graduate, CFA, ICWA 

Location – Vile Parle, Mumbai 

Job Responsibilities – 

 

• Banking & finance management – 

 

 The candidate should be able to prepare Project reports , CMA , Q.M.R , book debts , stock consolidation which are required by the banks& financial institutions.

 Should be able to manage cash flow & keeping track of actual & projected cash flow.

 Liaisoning with banks & financial institutions to bring benefits to the organization.

 Should be able to manage working capital – liaison with production & sales functions to ensure concrete working capital position.

• MIS, costing & Budgeting – 

 

 Preparing and managing of budget and will be assisting the director in preparation of budget including head count, investment & expenses.

 Shall have experience of preparing analysis of monthly profitability, product costing product profitability, receivable/ payable and inventory ageing analysis.

 Should be able to assist management of financial implications of macro & micro economic changes and change in business environment and in major decisions of the company.

 Should have experience of monitoring cost reduction plan & setting up inventory control.

• Strategy & Tax Planning – 

 Will be responsible for overseeing all fiscal & fiduciary responsibilities of the organization.

 Should have ability to handle and assist his team in tax planning, tax audit, & filling of tax returns of company for wealth tax , income tax, VAT etc.

• The candidate must have knowledge of Indian accounting standards.
