1.Candidate Should Required 3-5 Years Experience in Construction Site.
2.Managing clients billing & subcontract billing.
3.Managing all cost analysis relating to the projects, from the initial stage to the final closure.
4.Maintain measurement and certification system.
5.Certify progress claims including managing the payments for subcontractors and suppliers including allocating works to subcontractors.
6.Prepare bill of quantities, which lists in detail all the individual work components of the project.
7.Education : B.E Civil / Diploma in Civil.
8.Work Location : Karve Nagar
Salary pkg: 10 to 20k
