Job Description
– Incumbent would functionally lead the development and delivery of analytical solutions (standard reports, business analysis and strategy) for Merchant Banking Business.
– Supports senior management in developing a consulting culture within team that seeks out opportunities to expand & deepen relationships with business clients.
– Provide technical guidance and functional supervision to junior team members.
– Acts as day to day analytics project / relationship manager for business.
– Operates as subject matter expert in the development of analytics solutions applicable to business performance and marketing. Effectively leverages best practices from other countries / regions.
– Proactively recommends and influences adoption of analytics in business decision-making
– Supports a culture committed to the delivery of outstanding customer service and team environment (healthy, open, transparent, honest).
– Should be from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college pass out.
