Job Description:
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Responsible for dealing with International Clients
· Candidate should have 1 to 4 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
· Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
· Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
· Should be open to work in Night shifts.
· Responsible for dealing with International Clients
· Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries
· Minimum of two years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face
· Previous experience mentoring peers or leading a project strongly preferred
· Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
· Proficiency with expert computer functions including MS Office suite strongly preferred
