Job Description
– Execute projects at times supporting multiple clients. Assume near independent responsibility for smaller clients
– Manage client personnel, Knowledge Management
– Support knowledge sharing efforts and continually improve processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge
Network & Identify opportunities :
– Identify new opportunities for existing clients and communicate to manager
– Network internally within the peer group and other levels in the firm in order to gain understanding of issues that may impact issues with his clients
– Develop industry expertise
– Support Business Development efforts
– People Management
– Be a strong team player
– Learn and develop team management skills
Desired ProfileAcademic Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA (preferably from a premier institute) or a CA with a good academic background
