Job Description
– Preparing monthly management reports of analyst productivity and client interaction
– Competitive analyses of footprint and analyst count among competitors which helps in knowing business trends/changes
– Building and launching surveys analyze and prepare post survey results used for research analysts and sales performance evaluation process.
– Data collection, processing and preparation of various management presentation packs.
– Global research readership analysis
– Acting as a point of contact within the research business for research technology queries in relation to new analysts process, research data delivery etc
– Managing relationship with research aggregators to maintain highest standard of accuracy for rating, price target, estimates etc.
– Ensuring data integrity of analyst contact and coverage database
– Manage a team/recruit new hires and mentor them
– Managing the process for research entitlement control
