Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning and directing the operations of a young/startup company. Will be responsible for creating policies, set goals and meet with potential investors and clients.

You will be actively involved with daily tasks and also hire staff and prepare work schedules.

Oversee all activities involved with the company’s products and services, including marketing, sales and building the brand. Review financial statements to determine ways to increase profits and reduce costs.

Also in charge of determining the future direction of the company.

Required Skills:

You must have good leadership and time-management skills.

Should be comfortable developing innovative business ideas, have good decision-making skills, especially dealing with staff and managing a company.

Should have good communication skills, since you will be communicating with diverse groups of people including staff, investors, clients and customers.

Should also be comfortable meeting people and forming relationships with potential investors interested in financing the company.

Education:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or in a field related to Healthcare.
