Purpose of Role:-
* USM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
* To service existing agents & their client relationships.
* To map agency universe in defined territories & increase distribution.
* Agent training, workshops & interventions to promote focus products.
* Skill sets required: Good Inter-personnel skills needed to interact with multiple stakeholders like underwriting, claims, process owners & BSG . Data Analytical skills. Experience in non-motor product sales is preferred.
* Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory/Activation of Agents.
* Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company’s targets.
* Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
Eligibility:-
– Minimum Qualification -Graduate
– 2-8 years experience in sales. Preferable experience in Insurance in Agency Channel, banking, broking, financial product selling.
– Working with existing company Minimum from last 2 Years. (Mini 2 Years Vintage Candidates are Preferred)
– Need to have hunger for growth in life.
– Presentable, Capable of Handling Team, Proficiency in English and local language.
– Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
