Prime Responsibilities :
Attain Preferred vendor status with existing Clients .
Daily Requirement allocation and work tracking for the team .
Daily Follows with the Clients for new requirements , CV feedback , interview follow – ups and offer follow – ups .
Motivate , Mentor and Manage a team of 5 – 10 recruiters .
Take initiative to Acquire new clients
Expected Qualities :
Honest at work
Self-Motivated and Initiative driven
Must have fast speed of work with accuracy
Ability to resolve complex issues and queries
Ability to Build and Develop new clients
Qualification : Passion towards Client Servicing and Team Handling
Experience : 5 – 10 yrs of exp with 3 years of Account Management & Team Management experience in IT / Non-IT / Healthcare recruitment.
Job Location: Old Airport Road , Murgeshpalya , Bangalore , India
Compensation : At par with the industry standard and as per the relevance of your experience
Work timings : 9 / 10 am – 6 / 7 pm ( 9 hrs / day ) – Monday – Friday + Saturday ( 1/2 day )
