Our client one of the top Contracting Company having Global presence is looking for Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for various :-
Locations: Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai/Colombo
Job Title: QA/QC Manager should have min 15 yrs. of exp. in high raise building projects.
Exp – 15 to 25 years
Qualification – Full Time Engineering Graduate or Diploma Engineers – CIVIL
Exposure: EPC Contracts, Construction of High-Rise Buildings, Commercial & Residential Buildings and Office Spaces, RCC Works, Finishes, Pavement or Road Works, Knowledge in International Standards etc.
Role & responsibility – Liaise with the Engineer/Customer on the quality related activities of the project.
Ensure the following project Materials function, Liaise for Approvals for concrete mix design, aggregate base course materials and granular sub base materials.
Liaise for laboratory equipment’s for verifying properties of , Interfaces with the Project Managers on day to day quality related activities.
Ensure implementation of Quality Management System . Review all QA/QC Procedures / QC Plans and Work Instructions for adequacy against scope of work and revise, where required.
Ensure relevant Codes & Standards, Specifications are available at site for reference.
Assist the construction personnel in the technical review and finalization of Method Statements prepared at site.
Based on the feedback from QC Engineers develop project specific Procedures, Plans and Work Instructions, where required incorporate in the PQP and issue controlled copies of the same.
Ensure Quality System documents viz: QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans, Work Instructions etc., are available at pertinent locations of use.
Obtain the subcontractors’ quality documentation, review and approve the same prior to the commencement of their activities.
Evaluate performance of subcontractors based on the reports .Implement the Quality System requirements, Internal Quality Audits and follow up audits if required.
Verify / review corrective and preventive actions taken on NCRs.
Identify quality related training needs
Ensure Quality Records are maintained, as required by the Quality System and Customer requirements.
Assist the Head Construction in the compilation of Project Closeout Reports.
Ensure compilation of test packs through the QC Engineers / discipline QC Inspectors and submission of the same to the Engineer / Customer, if required contractually.
