Ops Manager will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the Procurement Operations. He/ She will lead a team which will be responsible for meeting relevant SLA commitments. As a Operations Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fully responsible for managing operations of Procurement processes including support of Blocked Invoice, Supplier Management, Order Management.
- Directing and coaching the team on a need basis towards meeting customer expectations
- Ensure Customer and Stakeholders Satisfaction
- Recruiting, training and development, and retention of Team Leads/ Team Members; improve employee motivation and provide periodic performance feedback.
- Handling customer escalations and conducting root cause analysis to find and implement lasting solutions.
- Discharges basic management responsibilities common to all IBM managers including PBC and IDP processes.
- Identify and mitigate any risks/issues that are foreseen as potential bottlenecks to the process.
- Participate in periodic internal reviews and resolve any issues relating to business controls guidelines.
- Execute operational plan to ensure all engagement SLAs are consistently met
- Formulate strategies and execute plans to move up the value chain
- Contribute to contract profitability through efficient management of resource and expense
- Provide thought leadership to the team
- Ensure audit readiness of the process.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by reporting manager.
