2.) Responsible for production activities in Injection/ tablet Block.
3.) Knowledge of SAP system.
4.) Preparation & Review of all SOP’s related to production department.
5.) Preparation of training schedule of production department personnel.
6.) Handling the subordinate and give training as per requirements.
7.) Reviewing systems, standard and procedures to be followed as per cGMP, GDP & other regulatory guidelines.
8.) To ensure the proper working of all equipments in the injection block production.
9.) Issuance, Preparation & Checking of the batch manufacturing and packing records.
10.) Implementation and monitoring of any changes in the production department.
11.) Responsible for proper cleaning & Sanitization of Production area.
12.) Handling of regulatory agencies inspections in production department.
13.) Faced regulatory audit like USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, ENVIMA etc.
14.) Calibration of all instruments in production area.
15.) Ensure Status labeling at every stage prior to start related activities.
16.) To check all critical process parameters.
17.) Man Power handling.
18.) Responsible for in-process checking during manufacturing & packing activities.
19.) To check the weight and other parameters related to dispensed material from warehouse.
