Coordinate web projects across departments and ministries
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all the content on MyGov (including discussion groups, discussions, tasks, contests, creative contests etc.)
Copy edit and proofread all web content
Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events
Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
Using web content management systems to analyze website usage statistics
Drafting reports and preparing summaries for senior managers, clients and partner organizations, departments and ministries
Promoting information about the website to target customers and partners
Carrying out regular quality assurance checks and balances on content
Create requisite promotional literature and other forms of communication
Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic
Design and launch email marketing and social media campaigns
Create thought leadership material
Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content and speaking proposals
Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references
