Job Description
Work with Regional teams to deliver stock buyout cases, liaise with the global compensation team/ Powai team for BS valuation, Binomial valuation. Plans and schedule deliverable
Work with regional teams on vesting of equity awards, coordinating on sending vesting files to regional teams and then passing it on to the payrolls.
Weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly upload and maintenance of data on UBS system
Updating/ changing records on UBS as per the requirements
Creating new vehicles/ liaising with UBS during the year-end grants
Monthly leaver’s reporting to Head office
Quarterly SAR/ FRS 2 and other annual/quarterly reporting to the regions
Understanding of finance accruals
Ensure adherence to quality and its timelines
Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk

Strong MS Excel skills and VBA Starter
