Job Responsibility

1. Manpower planning as per manpower requirement

2. Personnel office Functions – Attendence, Leave records, overtime records, Shift reports,Daily attendence reports,Monthly labour turnover reports,Labour Contractor records,Prepare Contractor bill,Contarctor labour payment.etc.


3. Salary and Wages Administration-Preparation of salary sheet, Bonus sheet, Leave Encashment, etc.


4. Statutory Returns-Correct and timely submission of periodical returns under various Labour Legislations


5. Recruitment procedure like Notification to Employment Office, Advertise, Call Letters, Interview, Selection, Offer Letter, Appointment letter,.

6. Attend court matters as management representative and preparation and submission of related documents.


7. Security-Supervision, conduct surprise check, collection of reports / information from security personnel.


8. Training- Collect training needs, Planning of Internal & External Training Faculty, Arrangement, maintain records.


9. Submission of Plan Approvals Proposal, Application for Factory License for the New Unit, Conducting Safety Audit, Submitting Various Compliance report against inspection remark of Factory Inspector visit.


10. Submission of Proposal to P.F.Commissioner for Opening new Code No .under Provident fund Act for the new unit.


11. Maintain Records of Safety Committee, Works Committee, Canteen Committee, Colony Committee, General Safety and Housekeeping.


12. Prepare records like performance appraisal for promotion / increment matters.


13. Appointments of labour contractor if required and prepare agreement and other legal matters like Registration of establishment under Contract Labour Act,Applications for fresh license,Amendments,Renewals and Returns Under Contract Labour Act..


14. Prepare document related to Gratuity Claims, Gratuity Policy


Renewals.


15. Prepare documents related Worker’s Compensation Claims


under Workmens Compensation Act, 1923.


16. Prepare document related Professional .tax Acessment yearly.


17. Submission of Proposal to Labour Welfare Commissioner for Registration & Opening new Code No .under Labour Welfare fund Act for the new unit.
