Job Description

– The incumbent would be responsible for end to end execution of talent needs for functions allocated

– Liaise with the business/hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, engage with them on a regular basis for feedback and to support a smooth recruitment process

– build strong communication channels and create recruitment MIS and derive intelligent analytics from the MIS

– Build strong supply chain(channels)for recruitment

– Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador representing company’s Core beliefs and Values

– Provide direction aligned to the recruiting strategy, processes and policies to team and contract staff

– Manage and track recruitment costs

– Creating an environment of continuous improvement to ensure efficiencies within the function

– Drive projects across the function

– Be responsible to collect external market intelligence related to hiring
