The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in end to end recruitment life cycle in domestic IT Recruitment.
Must have experience with Permanent or contract staffing.
Good Communication skills.
Strong experience in Technical recruitment.
Should have Extensive Experience in Full Life-Cycle recruiting – sourcing of profiles from various job portals, references, head hunting, networking, social media and targeted search to the final offer.
Having mastered in recruiting candidates at various levels on niche technologies
Prior experience in hiring full time, Contract and Contract-hire employees.
Ability to manage requirements coming from multiple streams and fulfilling them by working with sales team.
Maturity and good articulation skills.
Negotiation Skills.
