Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a human resources generalist


• Bachelor’s / Graduate or Master’s / Post Graduate degree in HR


• Superior customer service, interpersonal, relationship-building and collaboration skills


• Excellent detail-orientation, follow-up skills, and organizational skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Enthusiastic to perform as a hands-on leader and team member


• High level of commitment to service excellence


• High degrees of integrity, ethics and judgment


• User of ADP Workforce Now or HRB a plus


• Advanced Proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.


• Experience with Wellness programs a plus


• Experience with Learning Management Solutions a plus


• Training and development skills a plus


Responsibilities


This individual will primarily be responsible for:


• Employee Relations, Management Coaching, serving as an internal consultant


• HRIS system administration and advanced level reporting


• Employee records management


• Benefit and Wellness program administration


• New Hire On-Boarding oversight


• Working closely with Finance regarding payroll processing and data management between HRIS and Payroll systems


• Maintaining Employee Handbook


• Maintaining discretion and confidentiality on sensitive issues


• Assisting with training and development programs


• Assisting with rewards and recognition programs


• Assisting with compensation program administration


• Assisting with workplace safety, health and risk management


In this position, the qualified individual will be called upon to coordinate special tasks from time to time such as involvement in various company activities, fundraising efforts, health fairs, etc
