Conducting Manpower Requirement for PAN India and responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.

Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Shortlistig, Negotiation & Post Offer Follow up till the candidate join.

Sourcing candidates for all requirements through various sources including Networking, Web search,Timesjob, Monster etc.

Coordinating with candidates from the time of resume sourcing.

Co-coordinating interview schedules with the Panel.

Scheduling interviews with management.
