Detailed comparison of budgeted V/s Actual activity wise
Suggestion on cost reduction
Reviewing of under /over absorption of overheads
Monthly alerts on overheads of projects /RO /Factory to BU heads
Monitoring the capital employed and suggest the areas where reduction possible
Analyzing the cost comparison between tender level and zero based budget costing and reasons for variances.
Present on quarterly basis any major deviation with reasoning
Initiate controls on budgeted cost through systems
Ensure annual budget is in line with zero budget and if any variances then recording the reasons thereof
Review AOP budget before uploading in SAP
Take care of Direct/Indirect tax compliances for TLD division in coordinations with Head Taxation
Ensures that all required statutory forms related to taxations are collected in time
Arranging audit for VAT state wise in line with guideline at company level.
Supporting on commercial /financial /accounting /direct /indirect taxation of overseas projects of SAARC countries.
Any other specific assignments given by BUH transmission line Domestics
Suggest the system improvements and implementation in consultation with functional Head /Director Finance
To Develop system of activity based costing and training the people at grass route level
Consolidation to TLD MIS and standardization of the same with ownership of releasing the reports.
Suggestions for avoidance of duplication of work between commercial /Accounts finance /Taxation.
Commercial support for Tender and SAARC countries bids
Ensure implementation of SOP
Training the people Store keepers /Accounts to use the SAP
Training the accountants for compliance ot TDS/Service Tax /VAT rules.
