Accurately codes office and hospital procedures for providers to ensure proper reimbursement

Job Description:
• Experience in multi-specialty and specific to hospital medical coding
• Accountability for account mining and management
• Managing a team of Medical Coders (US Health Care )
• Team Lead – Medical Coding (Multispecialty Coding)
• Medical billing Domain expertise – Voice process (AR, Denial Management, Eligibility & Benefits verification)
• Expertise in transitioning new accounts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & team handling skills
• Good people handling and decision making skills
• Calm and steady under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel & report generating
• Responsible for overall coding delivery of the customer account
