- This position will work closely with other cross functional teams, to develop reports, and ad hoc queries to meet operational reporting requirements.
- Individual should be able to quickly learn the business/process, understand report requirements and create the report in SQL Server Reporting Services or even with Microsoft Access Reports.
- Expertise in SQL languages, Excel, MS office and other basic reporting tools is mandatory
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing reporting support, business insights & analytics to operations team.
- Deliver standard & Ad-hoc reports to our stakeholders focusing extensively on automation wherever applicable by proactively identifying areas to standardize & automate deliverables to drive best efficiency, quality and effectiveness.
- Design, build and deliver reports required to recognize patterns, trends, associations, and relationships in operational data.
- Effectively combine data from multiple, disparate sources and understand how they relate. Analyze, interpret and translate this info/data into meaningful, actionable information
- Data mine and analyze information from multiple source systems using Oracle SQL Developer and MS SQL Server
- Ensure accurate, thorough and timely delivery of all deliverables to become a key partner to the extended teams success
- Maintain key reporting tables and stored procedures in MS SQL Server
- Understand VB Scripts, MS Access, and Excel to build and maintain databases and applications
Basis Criteria:
- Graduate with two to four years reporting analyst experience
- Excellent technology skills including VBA experience, Excel (required), Access (required), and SQL (required)
- Able to communicate both technically and professionally
- Ability to work in different time zones and various groups
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
