Reviewthe customer feedback forms for any mistakes / errors and language
Editthe forms, if necessary
Occasionally,in case of incomplete forms, contact the respondents to gather the missing information:
Edit and review documents/reportsas per the guidelines from the client
Check for syntax and grammaticalerrors

DesiredProfile:
Graduate/Undergraduate in any stream
EnglishCommunication should be excellent (written and verbal)
Candidate shouldhave good knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) AndInternet browsing
Good logic andunderstanding.

He has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources in the country a broad education which includes postgraduate diploma in business administration; Information technology systems and Human Resouces. He has a cross- functional expertise having worked in Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Selection and Training. corporate planning.
In all his assignments he has built strong well-knit teams. He has worked with Aptech the IT giant in training and consultancy in their corporate division marketing ISO 9000, Quality Management and B.P.R consultancy services. He has always been a highly motivated individual with a healthy foresight, entrepreneurial spirit and determination.
He has also by virtue of his profession mastered the subject of Body Language and face reading. He now heads Career Placements for the past nine years. His current clientele include various companies from the engineering, electronics, information technology, manufacturing, consultancy, BPO FMC’s, and engineering industries.
