Skills required:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Business management/Commerce.MBA would be added advantage.
Good knowledge on capital market products.
Good Knowledge about OTC Collateral Management, OTC Derivative products, valuations etc.
Expertise knowledge on OTC Margining, CSA and the regulations surrounding the Collateral Management scope.
Strong exposure to migration methology, process documentation, project management, managing stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and develop strong working relationship with internal partners as well as external Clients groups.
Overall 7 – 10 years of operational experience out of which minimum 2+ years as people manager.
Coaching and feedback ability.
Flexible to work in shifts.:
