Atleast 5 to 6 years of business developmentexperience; last 3 years in the BPO/KPO/LPO industry
Strong experience in end-to-end salescycle
Proven sales track record with aminimum of US $ 250,000 annual target from US &/or European clients
Strong Functional/Domain experiencein Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation / SalesSupport Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development / other ITServices/Non-voice BPO services
Established network and contacts inthe industry
Strong business acumen with anentrepreneurial mindset
Experience and expertise ineffectively using CRM tools such as SalesForce, ZOHO, etc
Job Responsibilities :
Business development for offerings in the US, European markets
Lead generation and responding toRFPs/ tenders Managing the entire sales life cycle, starting from prospectingthrough closure.
Farm existing accounts.
Achieving the revenue targets.
Actively engage in social mediamarketing to promote client offerings.
