Product Promotion
1. Assist promote the company’s products in the Region by organising product awareness meets for the key influencers like the mason’s, architects etc.
• Visiting dealers and conducting the customer meets
• Conducting technical meets, in the assigned territory, for masons, builders etc
• Product demonstration/concrete mix design trials at client site
• Coordination of Mobile Vans in the Region.
2. Contribute to improving company’s reputation amongst technical clients by writing articles and preparing technical presentations.
• Attending relevant seminars/lectures etc.
• Writing about Company’s products and newer developments.
Customer Complaints & Quality
3. Assist resolve customer complaints and enquiries by meeting the complainants and potential customers and providing feedback to the Marketing personnel.
4. Collect and provide information on competitor’s products and services to help develop counter action plans.
• Visit to site and physically examine the material/site
• Organises testing of the cement
• Regular testing of own brands
• Testing of quality of bags
• Collecting sample of other brands and getting it tested in labs.
• Meeting dealers etc. and getting their feedback.
Commercial
5. Assess the extent of damaged cement and recommends the price for sale, based on defined norms
• Test the material for extent of damage
• Calculates the amount of discount that can be given on sale, based on fixed norms.
Marketing
6. Assist the marketing team achieve their performance targets by making customer calls on key customers to promote products. • Visit along with the marketing team members to meet key customer/new customer
