Position: AM Accounts
Work Location: Andheri East Mumbai
Offered Package: 5 LPA
Job Profile:
To handle entire Branch Accounting at Regional Office, reporting to Finance Head Gurgaon
Handling Account Payable ( A P ).
Shipping Line Payment.
Vendor Payments. ( RTGS & NEFT )
Reconciliation of Vendor Ledgers.
Checking & Approving Corp Inter – Branch Entries.
Booking All Provision Entries for Payable. ( Indirect Expenses )
Preparation of Month Closing Financial Statement.
2) Handling Account Receivable ( A R ).
Passing Receipts Entry.
Follow up TDS Receivable Certificate & Booking.
Follow up Debtors
Monthly Debtor Statement.
3) Daily Reconciliation Bank Statement.
4) Service Tax Payable & Receivable Preparation Monthly.
5) TDS Return File Details Quarterly & Monthly Payable Details.
