Job Summary: Sourcing Home Loan business from the Open Market through a team of RO’s & Connectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible to recruit and build a strong team of Ro’s who will have to source Home Loan business from the Open market.
2. To identify & Empanel connector who will be referrers for Home Loan business
3. Should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’relevant experience in Home Loan business in a similar capacity of Handling a team of Ro’s.
4. Candidates who are currently in the HL/Mortgage business are only preferred
5. This position will report into the Regional Sales Manager-Home Loans.
6. Location: Chennai.
7. Grade: Upto Chief Manager.
