Job responsibilities:
- Helping the customer calling in to get our services in time
- Guiding the client to locate our franchisees.
- Guiding the franchises in availing best schemes from company.
- Motivating and supporting the franchisees to improve their productivity.
- Helping them in maintaining quality, cost and speed of our services.
- Customer feedback collection from clients who have availed our services.
- Evaluating the good and the poor performances of franchisees.
- Grievances handling if it comes from Franchisees or Customers.
Person Specification:
- Good written and verbal communication skill.
- Should know Hindi, English and additional one regional language.
- Age group : 20 to 25 year
- Happy to receive and make calls
Qualification : Graduate or Undergraduate
Experience : 1-3 years (Minimum 1 year BPO experience is must)
Compensation Offered : (As per Interview performance)
