Job Description
Manage and track orders that are received from the ecommerce players
Ship these orders on time (virtual through emails or physical delivery of brochures)
Understand how metrics operate and ensure that Onsite is rated highly on all the metrics
Respond to customer reviews, feedback and messages within the SLAs
Pull order related reports from the systems for internal consumption
Ensure that customers activate Onsite plans within SLAs
Manage cancellations and refunds
Coordinate internally as required to execute the Activations program successfully
Ship these orders on time (virtual through emails or physical delivery of brochures)
