Service Technician-garage Equipment
1. Diagnose all mechanical and electrical problems on equipments received from customers.
2. Estimate repair cost and get customer approval for repair.
3. Repair equipments following maintenance procedure by supplier.
4. Dismantle equipment to gain access to remove and repair defective parts.
5. Repair or replace defective parts.
6. Order parts required to repair equipment from spare parts store.
7. Fabricate parts if necessary.
8. Clean and lubricate equipment parts.
9. Perform a Test into the finished equipment to ensure performance and functionality of equipment.
10. Record maintenance and repair work performed and the cost of work.
